This service involves detailed review by Employment Systems' staff to identify the ideal candidate profile for you, according to criteria your municipality specifies as required for success in the open position. We source qualified candidates and screen them against your criteria. Only the most exceptional applicants are interviewed and then offered to you as candidates for your final selection.
